Ordering
Information and Policies
TERMS: We accept
Visa &
Master Card cards online. We accept preapproved checks for Group
Orders.
(We do not accept AMEX or DISCOVER)
SHIPPING: Shipping cost will be quoted at time of
order/checkout.
Your credit card is
charged at the time you place the order online. Your receipt will be emailed to
you once your order is placed.
(We do not send out
additional paper receipts with your package unless it is requested by you. Save
a tree!)
Our shipping is
through the US Post Office.
Some items that require a DROP SHIPMENT direct from
manufacture may be shipped via UPS/FEDEX etc.
Group Orders are sent via UPS depending on weight.
Depending on the item(s) ordered, you will have a choice of:
1st Class, Priority
Mail or a Flat Rate Shipping. For flat rate shipping, we will use the service
of our choice.
(**1st class is only available for lightweight items: )
Priority
Mail is the name the US Post Office uses for packages not sent 1st Class or
Parcel Post.
It does not mean express shipping.
Non-breakable
items will be mailed in post office supplied bags or envelopes.
Listed below are the normal delivery times
*Letter Tees and Bags are shipped on average 5-6 weeks depending on quantity
ordered.
*Silver engraved gifts/jewelry are shipped within 4-5 weeks.
*Flip Flops: Varies on style ordered. 5-6 weeks
*Lavalieres: Shipped
within 4-5 weeks.
*Chapter Guards- Guards take up to 16 weeks for
delivery!
*If an item you order becomes discontinued, we will notify you to see if you
would like a substitution or refund.
*As of March 2010, shirts, bags and jerseys require an order of 12 or
more.
*Please call in or email GROUP ORDERS. You will receive a
discount if 24 or more shirts/bags/jerseys are ordered.
If you would like a time frame for a specific item, send an email to GreekShop1@aol.com
with your full name & order number and we will email you with your
information.
RETURNS: All sales
are final. Any product that needs to be returned for defects must be reported within
7
days after
shipping receipt. If you
receive something damaged, report it immediately by email or phone so we can
report it to our mailing service. You must
call us before you attempt to send damaged items back or your insurance through
us will be void and you will not receive a replacement. Please
save all packaging so we can file a damaged claim.
We do not offer cash/credit
card/check refunds.
